    College of mechanical and electrical engineering participates in the seminar and exchange meeting of engineering education professional certification

Professor Li Fang, Secretary of the Party committee of the College of mechanical and electrical engineering, Professor Chen Xubing, vice president, Professor Zheng Xiaotao, and relevant professional principals and key teachers attended the meeting.

    The meeting was presided over by Zhang De Tao, President of School of mechanical engineering, Hubei University of technology. Professor Li Zhiyi, deputy director of education and Training Committee of China Society of mechanical engineering, Dalian University of technology, Professor Wu Bo, vice chairman of Machinery Teaching Steering Committee of colleges and universities of the Ministry of education, Professor Wu Bo of Huazhong University of science and technology, and Professor Hu shengsun of Tianjin University, Professor Wang Yongquan of Xi'an Jiaotong University and Miao Yun, deputy director of education and Training Department of China Society of mechanical engineering, and other well-known experts have carried out multi-level and multi angle exchanges from the aspects of education concept update, evaluation mechanism improvement, curriculum reform methods, problems existing in certification work, etc.

    Through the training and learning, the participants of process equipment and control engineering, mechanical design and manufacturing and automation, mechanical and electronic engineering, material forming and control engineering, etc. not only understand the latest changes of professional education accreditation, but also evaluate the curriculum objectives, the main line and bottom line of engineering certification, and the graduation requirements determine the curriculum system, curriculum objectives and course contents We have a deep understanding of the positive design process of teaching methods and assessment methods, and have a clear understanding of the problems easy to be ignored in the process of certification. Our institute will organize professional teachers to study continuously, further clarify the work arrangements of engineering education certification of engineering specialty, unify ideas, mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers, and effectively promote the engineering education certification work of our college.
